Andrew Koenig Body Found at Vancouver

Andrew Koenig, who was reported to be missing for almost two weeks, was found but already dead. His lifeless body was found in Vancouver at the Stanley Park last February 25, 2010. Walter Koenig, father of Andrew, stated on the recent press conference that his son committed suicide because of too much depression.

Andrew is known for his role in “Growing Pains” and in “21 Jump Street.” He also plays the role of “The Joker” in “Batman: Dead End” and became part of “Star Trek: Deep Space Nine”. Aside from being a well-known actor, he is also a film director, writer, and editor. He started his career in 1973 in an American TV drama known as “Adam-12.”

His family was shock as well as his friends when they heard about what happened. According to Walter, who was tearful during the press conference, his son was a good man and a good son. His death will be an addition to the list of celebrities who died because of committing suicide.
