Intervention Featuring City High’s Robbie Pardlo

A look in the past, a sad reality is exposed in the latest episode of Intervention on A&E. The new episode this Monday night featured City High group member Robby Pardlo’s family.

Pardlo is shown drinking alcohol. His family is confronting him for alcoholism because his family wants to save him from depression.

The trigger of Pardlo’s depression started when group member and girlfriend Claudette Ortiz left him and married another City High partner Ryan Toby. In addition, his failed music career made the situation worse.

His mother said that the music industry destroyed Robby. Unfortunately for Robby, he did not handle his career in music well when it went downward.

The group was composed of an R&B trio in 1999 consisting of rappers and singers Robbie Pardlo, Ryan Toby and Claudette Ortiz.  City High is famous for their hit single “What Would you Do”.
