Kevin Skinner – America’s Got Talent – The Next Susan Boyle?
Kevin Skinner, one of the contestants who sang last June 30, 2009 in the talent show America’s Got Talent, may well be the next “Susan Boyle”.
One of America’s Got Talent contestant named Kevin Skinner from Kentucky. Kevin is a 100% country boy, and an unemployed farmer. He came up on stage wearing jeans and with his cap “reversed” as you can see in his photo above. He said his job was a “chicken catcher”. So just imagine the reaction of the crowd and judges. In their minds I can see that they are already pre-judging Kevin.
People thought, this will be just one of those silly auditions of someone trying hard to get into the show. But when Kevin started singing, you can see the crowd’s reaction of disbelief. You can even hear Daid said “Wow” while this man was singing.
I really like it when a person dressed like a nobody, talks like a nobody, pre-judged by the people as a nobody, then sings his/her heart out and end up being a somebody.

Susan Boyle was my bet on Britains Got Talent. She has a very beautiful voice. Unfortunately, she got dropped.
