Paypal Charging Fees to Person to Person Fund Transfers

It seems that Paypal is now charging fees for receiving payments even if it is person to person fund transfers. Previously, only credit/debit card transfers are charged with such fees but now, even person to person transfer get charged.

I got some funds recently and when I checked the transaction details, indeed some paypal fees were deducted.

As of June 4, 2009 all PayPal accounts receiving payments will have a
fee assessed. The fee will be the standard fee as laid out in the fee
schedule.

This means an added cost to paypal transactions. We may see an increases in prices for any goods that uses paypal as their payment facility.
