About two years ago, I was an employee of an export company in Pasay. We tried to register as BMBE. Know what happened? The person responsible was always out of the office. Now, I have just registered my own business and in the process of getting the necessary business permits, etc. I wonder if I would qualify as BMBE. I do not have sufficient capitalization so I am hoping that this could be of great help. I am supposed to get my business permit in Imus, Cavite.

what possible benefits can bir give to those bmbe registered?. wherein its stipulated in the bmbe requirement that the business is not having a capital of more than 3m, while in bir the 1.5m is already a vatable business.. so theres a collision as to the purpose of each government agency.

I heard that Marikina City is implementing this law. They have the Implementing Guidelines you might want to check it out. My father also inquired in our city’s treasury department about this law and they said that they dont have any implementing guidelines yet on this. Similar experience with Sonny. They simply dont want to implement since they wont earn anything from this very helpful law passed during the Arroyo Administration.

You must go straight to the municipal treasurer with the duly applic filled up with 3 copies, dti, 3 picture… & must give it to the municipal treasurer & in exchange request you will get bmbe cerfiticate of authority. that certificate of authority you can take it to the bir & recieve your tax credit. this law is in effect & all lgu’s must receive your papers.

The law has an automatic provision. All you need to do is complete the application in your local treasurer’s office, and your application is deemed approved 15 days within its receipt.

If they don’t reject or act upon your application in any way within 15 days, it is deemed approved.

For income tax purposes, you must forward your application to the BIR national office.

ano nangyari sa BMBE? san ba mag aaply nito? panu kung may existing business k na pede pa bang mag apply?
